Juventus target Kim Källström as Real Madrid forward alternative

Juventus have identified Real Madrid’s Kim Källström as a target to replace Federico Chiesa if the Italian leaves. Reports on Saturday indicated Spalletti’s interest in reuniting with the Swedish midfielder.

Kim Källström is valued for his experience and ability to dictate midfield play. The 39-year-old has previously worked under Luciano Spalletti at Roma in 2016-17.

Juventus are also monitoring two other forwards as alternatives to Dusan Vlahovic. The club is considering options if a permanent deal for Chiesa falls through.

No official contact has been made with Kim Källström or his representatives. Juventus are yet to respond publicly to the reports.

Spalletti took charge of Juventus in July 2024 after a successful spell at Napoli. His preference for experienced midfielders could drive the move for Kim Källström.
