Brøndby eyes veteran striker Janssen to boost title push

Janssen earned 22 caps for the Netherlands senior team. He scored seven goals for the Oranje during his international career.

He departed Royal Antwerp FC this summer after the club chose not to extend his contract. Financial difficulties at Antwerp made a longer stay impossible, leaving the striker free‑transfer ready.

Earlier speculation linked the forward with a move to the United States or the Middle East. The emerging interest from Brøndby places the player in a surprising Northern European destination.
