Inter raises Palestra bid as Atalanta holds firm

Inter have indicated a higher bid for Italy international Marco Palestra while Atalanta maintain their valuation. Juventus defender Andrea Cambiaso is mentioned as an alternative target.

Inter aim to replace Denzel Dumfries, whose release clause Real Madrid activated. The 21‑year‑old Palestra impressed on loan at Cagliari in 2025‑26 and in his early Italy appearances despite the national team missing the 2026 World Cup.
